Cholesterol is a fat like substance found in our blood. This can block our
heart blood vessels that can cause Heart Attack or Stroke. There are three
different type of cholesterol. I am aware of two till last week. The worst part
is that the third cholesterol is also bad to our health.
1. HDL or good cholesterol is good to our health. This can help to prevent
blocking in the blood vessels. The more HDL you have the better health.
2. LDL or bar cholesterol is not good to our health. It will deposit in the
blood vessels and block the blood flow. The blood flow blockage can cause Heart
Attack or Stroke.
3. Triglycerides are another form of bad cholesterol which can block the blood
vessels.
