So for example, if LDL = 120, HDL = 52 and Triglycerides =

Recommended total Cholesterol should be < 200 mg/dL.
Note:
- LDL: Low Density lipoproteins or Bad Cholesterol. The lower this count is the better. Optimum level is < 100 mg/dL.
- HDL: High Density lipoproteins or Good Cholesterol. The higher this count is better. Optimum level is > 60 mg/dL.
- Triglycerides: The lower this count is the better. Optimum level is < 100 mg/dL.
